Adult / Teens Zumba ®
Adult and Teen Zumba ® is a wonderfully fun way to burn a huge amount of calories and smile the whole time. With a mix of Salsa, Calypso, Reggaeton, Cumbrian, Street and Pop music, it’s a fitness craze that appeals to ages from 8-80.
Please wear comfortable clothes and soft-soled trainers or pumps. We have a small range of Zumba ® wear. Please click here to view these.
New-comers please arrive 5 minutes early to do a quick Health and Safety form.
There is no need to pre- book, the sessions for our Zumba ® Ealing and Zumba ® Hanwell classes take place in a large hall with great access from Southall, Northfields, Richmond, Brentford and Ealing Broadway.
