During the classes you will learn to use the online diet diary.

This tool allows you to monitor daily calorie consumption, track weight-loss and exercise. 20 mins of each class is related discussion with diet and nutrition.

 

We understand how hard exercise can be so classes are shorter.

Our 40 mins exercise sessions are designed to be manageable and allow rest periods. Our fun, easy-to-follow dance routines and mild exercises will have you chuckling with your newfound friends.

 

The emphasis is on getting healthier at the weight you are now.

Weight-loss is encouraged but the main goal is that you will be improving your overall health and self-esteem.
