Bridal Fitness is an intense training program to achieve a set goal in a limited time-frame.
The bride-to-be combines Personal Training sessions 1-2-1 with a fairly robust exercise and diet schedule. We weigh in weekly and assess goals on-goingly.
As Personal Training is expensive, it is best to combine one session a week with Lucy with a combination of videos, Park-Fit and Zumba ®.
Use of the online diet diary tracker and food box make for accurate calorie consumption for weight-loss plus correct exercise aims for muscle tone. The box works well with compliance and resisting temptation.
